Meet The Team

Lena Breuer (GER)
Lena studied acting and journalism and lost her heart to improv 12 years ago.
Today she is teaching and performing in Germany and at different international festivals. Lena worked with superheroes like Keith Johnstone and Patti Stiles. She also worked in scripted theatre, camera acting and clowning.
She is the founder of Impro Köln, a professional improv company in Cologne (GER) and the Impro Fest Online, the first ever online improvfestival, created in times of the Corona Pandemic, which became an offline experience in 2021.
In 2022, you can find her at different festivals; in Oslo (Norway), in Gotheburg (Sweden) and in Tolfa (Italy).
Lena is also working as a professional tv producer for Germany ́s biggest tv stations. She is producing documentaries and reports about political and social topics worldwide. She has been in many radio shows – as a host, but also as a reporter and sidekick. Nowadays she is working as a live reporter for the public radio station WDR2 and 1LIVE.

Marith Venderbosch (NL)
At the age of 14 Marith discovered improvisation for the first time – and she’s never looked back.
After developing a strong foundation in theatresports and street theatre, she moved on to train in acting, directing and teaching and is now a theatre teacher based in Utrecht, Netherlands.
Marith is also the Artistic Director of Rocky Amaretto, a Dutch group with a unique raw edge, and is a member of the all-female group The Ferocious Four , the border crossing Werewolves ensemble and easylaughs. With all of the above groups she has travelled through Europe to perform at festivals such as FiiF (Tampere); Sacreblue (Strasbourg) and Improtheaterfestival Würzburg.
Improv theatre is her first love, but she enjoys bad jokes, smiling a lot, and listening to far too many horror podcasts.

Charlotte De Metsenaere (BE)
Charlotte is an all-rounder in the Belgian and international improvisation scene.
She has been teaching for 14 years, from beginners to experts, from 8-year-olds to 88-year-olds, from games to longform to directing.
With her company ‘Zeggedis’ she teaches applied improvisation to companies.
Find her on stage with Prism, Fairyfail, Ohana or the Werewolves international cast.
Charlotte taught workshops in Slovenia, Spain, Poland, India, Israel, Germany and Greece.
She is most asked and liked for her enormous amount of energy and positivity.
Also… she likes chocolate. She needs stuff to be in the right place (her friends call her Monica), and she loves people who see the beauty in everyday life.
